Professional orientation of children - clients of Children's home

As the topic of my bachelor thesis, I chose professional orientation of children from a children's home. Studying high school and then choosing a profession is part of everyone's life. Professional orientation shapes and develops the professional goals of a young person. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the degree of motivation of children from children's homes and the influence of social workers on the professional orientation of children. The thesis consists of two units. The theoretical part describes institutional care, children's homes, professional orientation and perspective orientation. The practical part is a qualitative research survey. Based on questionnaires and interviews, I try to answer basic research questions: Are children from children's homes interested in high school? How do children choose high school? What kind of tools do social workers of the children's home use to motivate children?

Employment access of people with hearing disorder in the Pilsen region

My thesis deals with the employment opportunities of people with hearing impairment in the Plzen region job market. The theory part defines the term hearing impairment, also the communication forms of people with hearing impairment, as well as their professional employment and related restrictions issue. The practical part of my thesis is focused on the employment of people with hearing impairment in the Plzen region job market. The research objective focuses on finding out the situation on the labor market for people with hearing impairment, their applicability on the labor market, problems arising from their impairment and possible solutions that would lead to an improvement of the situation. For research survey was chosen mixed research design, the questionnaire survey method was used supplemented by a controlled interview with selected informants. The results of the survey pointed to the problems faced by the hearing impaired disability when looking for a job, as well as possible solutions and recommendations for practice. Professional orientation, the assumptions and the ability of adolescents with behavioral disorder

The bachelor's thesis deals with the professional orientation, the assumptions and the ability of adolescents with behavioural disorder. The main aim of this work is to discover whatthe professional orientation of adolescents with behavioural disorders is and compare the assumptions and abilities of these adolescents with their professional aspirations. A partial goalof this work is to analyse the fluctuation (stability) of their direction. The first part of the thesisis devoted to the theoretical basis. The second part is devoted to the research itself that was done using the Bochum's Business-Focused Inventory of Personality, the Self-Directed Searchand a non-standardized questionnaire.

Possibilities of Using Career Guidance and Counseling in Elementary School

This diploma thesis entitled "Possible Use of Career Counseling in Secondary school" focuses primarily on the possible way of introduction of career counseling into secondary schools that are within the czech standard eduacational system. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze both the possibilities of use and ways of realization of career counseling in secondary schools, which is now provided primarily within educational counseling. Aim of the thesis was, based on given research assumptions, to analyze opinions of both students and educational counselor on the level of services provided by the career counseling in secondary school. The first part of the thesis will discuss terms related to the area of career counseling and professional orientation of students. It will also analyze occupation selection theories and career development of students, aspects of counseling process, and it will also list knowledge about adolescence period. There will also be identified those subjects and institutions providing career counseling servises that are situated in the Czech Republic. The influence of educational strategies in leisure time institution "Drak" on the life attitudes of children

children's lifestyle řešen problém pedagogiky volného času především z hovného. Záměrem této studie je zkoumat vlivy volnočasových aktivit na dítě. Její hlavní otázka směřuje k volnočasovým aktivitám dětí a budoucí životní styl, přístup dalšímu vzdělávání či výběru profesní dráhy. Klade si oblastech působí pravidelná sportovní činnost na rozdělena na část teoretickou a teoretické části se autorka věnuje popisu středisek volného času z různých pohledů, dále oblasti pedagogiky volného času, různým činnostem, mapuje oblast životního stylu dětí a sportovní aktivity. Součástí teorie jsou také profesní orientaci. Empirická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníků, výsledky byly následně analyzovány. Empirická část zjišťuje, v jakých oblastech působí pravidelná sportovní činnost na životě dětí, které byly sportovními aktivitami nejvíce ovlivněny.

11 Summary This bachelor's thesis "Support for Young People with the Choice of Career, Focused on Austrian Social Measure Jugendcoaching" describes the difficulties of career choice by children and adolescents and is focused on the Austrian measure called Jugendcoaching. The first chapter of the thesis describes the period of adolescence, focused on searching for a new identity and career choice. In this thesis, the specifics of adolescents with special needs, was considered. The second chapter introduces support measures used to assist people with special needs in the Austrian labor market. The third chapter deals with Jugendcoaching, it describes the circumstances of its origin, the target group, methods of support, and its evaluation. The fourth and fifth chapter discusses the application of Jugendcoaching in Germany and the situation in The Czech Republic, respectively. This thesis aims to describe the Austrian measure Jugendcoaching, evaluate its effectiveness, and to sketch the problems associated with supporting young people with choosing a career in The Czech Republic. Comparison of professional aspirations of freshmen and seniors on multiyear gymnasia

This bachelor thesis deals with the professional orientation of students on gymnasiums in Prague, specifically those in the third year and those in the final year. They are analyzed separately but the main focus is on comparison. The main sources of data are quantitative surveys conducted each on one of the age groups. The questionnaire was created based on information from literature, which provided a theoretical foundation for the thesis and represents a substantial part of it, and from data gathered by two qualitative interviews. Their short analysis is part of the thesis too. The survey pointed out some important differences regarding the observed aspects of professional orientation between the two age groups. These aspects are gender, family, school hobbies, media, ideals and aspirations. The survey confirmed a more developed professional orientation of the older students.

The theoretical part is devoted to information about the development of professional counselling, contemporary approaches to vocational selection and about the connection between vocational selection and educational field of Civil Education. The importance of vocational selection in the pupil{\crq}s life and of teacher who deals with professional preparation is mentioned as well. The practical part is focused on appropriate learning methods of topics associated with vocational selection and their assertion in school practice.
